Newport Coast City Profile

Located in south Orange County, California, Newport Coast is approximately half-way between Los Angeles and San Diego, and is bordered by Laguna Beach, Corona del Mar and Irvine.

As a master-planned community developed entirely by the Irvine Company, Newport Coast was built around the concept of natural open space, with nearly three quarters of the land reserved to parks, golf courses and other recreational areas. In 2001 this prestigious city was incorporated into the neighboring Newport Beach but continues to be a census-designated place due to its distinct demographic profile.

Newport Coast offers exceptional panoramic views from the coastal canyons to the Pacific Ocean. Generous open space, beautiful landscapes, multiple nature trails and coastal splendor establish the character of this remarkable city.
